Awfis delivers 67,000 sq. ft. innovation hub for eBay in Bengaluru

Awfis Space Solutions, India’s largest flexible workspace provider and the first publicly listed workspace solutions platform, has partnered with eBay to establish a 67,000 sq. ft. innovation hub at Embassy Tech Village, Bengaluru. The mandate covers design, build and management of the new office, which will act as a strategic hub supporting diverse functions and accelerating eBay’s AI-first commerce strategy. 

The centre will focus on artificial intelligence, engineering, product development and applied research, strengthening eBay’s growth in India. Embassy Tech Village, North Bengaluru’s largest operational office park, offers seamless connectivity and access to strong commercial and social infrastructure.

The project was facilitated by Zinnov, a leading global consulting firm known for enabling enterprises to build and scale global capability centres (GCCs). 


As of June 2025, Awfis operates 39 centres in Bengaluru, including two recently launched Elite centres at Manyata Tech Park and Prestige Venus. Nationally, Awfis manages 230+ centres, over 1.5 lakh seats across 18 cities, offering workspace formats, mobility solutions and allied services. With this milestone, Awfis reinforces its position as India’s leading end-to-end workspace solutions provider, creating tech-enabled environments that foster productivity, collaboration and innovation.
