In a potential record-breaking land deal for the city, though yet to be officially confirmed, multiple property market sources have indicated that approximately 18 acres of Bombay Dyeing's mill land on Pandurang Budhkar Marg in Worli may soon change hands to Japanese conglomerate Sumitomo, with an estimated value of around Rs 5,000 crore. This week, a public notice, facilitated by the esteemed law firm Wadia Ghandy on behalf of an undisclosed client, has been issued, expressing the intent to scrutinize the rights, titles, and interests associated with the land owned by Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Co Ltd, spanning over one lakh square meters in the Worli area.

Eurobond Net Profit Rises 44 Per Cent

Euro Panel Products, the parent company of Eurobond, reported a 44.13 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit for FY25–26.
