Brigade Enterprises has launched a new residential project, Brigade Eternia, in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. The project spans 14.65 acre and consists of 1,124 residential units, with a total built-up area of approximately 20 lakh square feet.

The company anticipates a revenue potential exceeding Rs 27 billion from this development. The project is scheduled for completion by March 31, 2030.

Meanwhile, data from PropEquity indicates a 9 per cent decline in housing sales across Bengaluru in 2024, with 60,506 units sold, compared to 66,600 units in the previous year.
