The company anticipates a revenue potential exceeding Rs 27 billion from this development. The project is scheduled for completion by March 31, 2030.

Meanwhile, data from PropEquity indicates a 9 per cent decline in housing sales across Bengaluru in 2024, with 60,506 units sold, compared to 66,600 units in the previous year. Despite this decline, real estate development in key micro-markets like Yelahanka continues to grow, driven by increasing residential demand and infrastructure improvements.
