The company anticipates a revenue potential exceeding Rs 27 billion from this development. The project is scheduled for completion by March 31, 2030.

Brigade Enterprises, established in 1986, is a prominent real estate developer with a strong presence in South India. The company has undertaken multiple residential and commercial projects across the region, contributing to urban development and infrastructure growth.

Yelahanka, located in North Bengaluru, is witnessing significant expansion, making it a strategic location for real estate development. The area is gaining prominence due to infrastructure advancements and increasing demand for housing.

Meanwhile, data from PropEquity indicates a 9 per cent decline in housing sales across Bengaluru in 2024, with 60,506 units sold, compared to 66,600 units in the previous year. Despite this decline, real estate development in key micro-markets like Yelahanka continues to grow, driven by increasing residential demand and infrastructure improvements.

Brigade Enterprises remains focused on expanding its footprint and leveraging growth opportunities in Bengaluru’s evolving real estate landscape.
