Homebuyers from the Kharavela Enclave, a high-end housing development built by the Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB) in this city's Khandagiri neighbourhood, demonstrated on Monday in front of the OSHB headquarters at Unit IV and demanded an early handover of their apartments.
