Casagrand Launches 41-Acre Highcity Project in Chennai

Casagrand has launched Casagrand Highcity, a 41-acre integrated residential development on Chennai’s Outer Ring Road (ORR), marking the company’s largest residential project to date.

The project will comprise over 4,000 two and three BHK apartments across four G+22 towers and is positioned as one of the largest organised residential developments in the ORR corridor.

Located along Chennai’s emerging residential and infrastructure growth belt, the project benefits from connectivity to IT hubs including Navalur, Siruseri SIPCOT and Porur, as well as industrial clusters such as Sriperumbudur, Oragadam and Ambattur.

Casagrand Highcity has been planned with a strong focus on open spaces, with 28 acres allocated to landscaped greens, tropical forests and themed gardens. The project will feature over 150 amenities, including more than 50 sports facilities and 25 children-focused amenities.

A key highlight is the 5-acre sports clubhouse with over 35 sports courts and recreational facilities, alongside a 21,000 sq. ft. swimming pool, mini theatres, banquet halls, gaming lounge and wellness amenities.

The development will also include a two-acre Casagrand International School as part of the integrated township plan.

The project is registered under TNRERA/1/BLG/0156/2026.
