COWRKS launches 50,000 sq ft workspace in Chennai

COWRKS, a provider of managed workplace solutions, has recently inaugurated its fourth workspace in Chennai. The new centre, spanning 50,000 sq ft and situated in Millenia Business Park, boasts 650 desks.

Parul Thakur, the business head and senior vice president of the company, expressed, "Chennai, with its flourishing business ecosystem and vibrant workforce, is recognized for holding significant potential for our business."

At present, the company maintains 26 operational centres across six cities. It oversees a leasable area exceeding 12.3 lakh square feet, providing more than 16,400 desks.
