Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh rent new apartment in Mumbai

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have leased an apartment in Beau Monde Towers co-operative housing society, located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for a monthly rent of Rs 0.7 million. The apartment covers a carpet area of 2,319.50 sq ft and includes three dedicated car parking spaces.

The lease agreement, which was registered in November 2024, has a duration of 36 months and requires an initial security deposit of Rs 2.1 million. For the first 18 months, the rent is set at Rs 7 lakh per month, and it will increase to Rs 0.7 million for the remaining 18 months.
