Divyansh Group Announces Rs 3 Billion Hapur Project

Divyansh Group has announced an investment of Rs 3 billion to develop a premium residential project in Hapur, marking its entry into the city's real estate market. The project will introduce Hapur's first high-rise residential development built using Mivan construction technology.

Positioned within the affordable luxury segment, the development will feature G+27-storey towers, making it among the tallest residential complexes in the city. The project will offer spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, with 3 BHK apartments available in 1,880 sq. ft. and 2,065 sq. ft. configurations, while 4 BHK units will span 2,435 sq. ft.

The adoption of Mivan technology is expected to enhance structural quality and durability while accelerating construction timelines. The project comes at a time when Hapur is witnessing growing demand for larger, lifestyle-oriented homes, supported by improving infrastructure and connectivity that are increasing the appeal of emerging NCR markets.

"Hapur is transforming, with increasing demand for quality homes that combine modern construction standards and lifestyle amenities. Through this project, we aim to set a new standard for high-rise living in the city," said Chanderjeet Pathak, Chairman, Divyansh Group. "The adoption of Mivan technology underscores our commitment to quality, timely delivery, and long-term value for residents."

Designed to cater to aspirational homebuyers, the development will combine contemporary amenities with spacious living environments. The company said the project is also expected to generate employment during the construction phase and contribute to Hapur's evolving urban infrastructure.
