Divyansh Group Crosses 25 Years in NCR Housing Market

Divyansh Group has completed over 25 years in the NCR real estate market, marking its presence across residential developments in Ghaziabad, Noida and surrounding regions.

Founded in 2001, the company has delivered more than 5.7 million sq ft of development and currently has around 4.4 million sq ft under construction. It plans to deliver over 2,200 homes during the next three years, adding nearly 44 lakh sq ft to its portfolio.

The developer’s completed portfolio includes projects such as Divyansh Onyx, Divyansh Flora, Divyansh Fabio, Divyansh Arc Angels, Ska Divya Tower and Skardi Greens, along with several standalone housing developments across NCR. Ongoing projects include Divyansh Green Heights and Divyansh Orion Homes, while future developments are planned in Siddharth Vihar, Hapur and Wave City.

Commenting on the milestone, Chanderjeet Pathak said, “Over the years, we have focused on doing the basics well, keeping timelines realistic, maintaining quality, and making sure the buyer gets what was promised.”

According to the company, it currently operates with a team of over 500 employees across construction, planning and customer-facing functions, with a continued focus on timely delivery and execution oversight in a competitive NCR housing market.
