DLF Sales Bookings Double to Rs 157 Billion in H1 FY2025

Real estate major DLF Ltd has reported that its sales bookings more than doubled to Rs 157.57 billion during the first half of the 2024–25 financial year, driven by robust demand for its high-end housing projects in Gurugram and Mumbai.

According to the company’s latest investor presentation, DLF recorded pre-sales worth Rs 157.57 billion during the April–September 2025 period, compared with Rs 70.94 billion in the same period last year — reflecting a significant year-on-year growth in sales performance.

In the previous 2024–25 financial year, DLF Ltd achieved a record-breaking Rs 212.23 billion in total sales bookings, cementing its position as one of India’s leading real estate developers in the luxury housing segment.

The surge in demand for premium residential projects, particularly in Gurugram’s Golf Course Road and DLF Downtown Mumbai, continues to strengthen the company’s pipeline and profitability outlook for the remainder of the fiscal year.
