DMCC Unveils BAY360 Lifestyle Hub In JLT

DMCC, in partnership with Sweid & Sweid, has announced the launch of BAY360, a new mixed-use lifestyle destination in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT). The development forms part of DMCC’s broader programme to upgrade shared spaces and improve liveability across the district.

Conceived as a neighbourhood and community hub, BAY360 will offer a curated mix of essential retail, dining, wellness and recreational amenities. The project will be anchored by a flagship 22,000-sq-ft Spinneys supermarket, alongside cafés and restaurants, including lake-facing dining with outdoor terraces. Additional facilities will include medical and wellness services, lifestyle retail, rooftop padel courts and family-friendly outdoor areas, supported by an underground car park with around 300 spaces.

The development will be sensitively integrated into a portion of JLT’s Lake D, with most of the lake retained to preserve its waterfront character. The design prioritises pedestrian movement, improved accessibility and activation of public spaces while maintaining the open, lakeside environment.

Beyond the project site, DMCC and Sweid & Sweid will deliver wider enhancements around Lake D, including a redesigned pedestrian avenue linking the metro station to the far side of the lake, improved access to JLT Park, and upgraded lake edges with additional greenery, seating and walkways.

Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, said BAY360 reflects the organisation’s focus on strengthening connectivity, public spaces and the long-term character of JLT, supporting its ambition to position the district among Dubai’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

Maher Sweid, Managing Partner of Sweid & Sweid, said BAY360 marks the company’s third project in JLT and underlines its continued commitment to the area, adding that the development is expected to be completed towards the end of 2027.
