Dosti Realty Unveils Dosti 604 in Wagle Estate

Dosti Realty has launched Dosti 604, a new residential development in Wagle Estate, Thane, marking another step in the area’s shift into a mixed-use urban destination. Spread across about 2.5 acres, the project features one of the tallest residential towers in Wagle Estate, with 56 habitable floors rising to nearly 170 m. Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, the development comprises three residential wings above seven podium levels.

The project has been planned as a premium residential address within Thane’s growing commercial corridor, offering views of Sanjay Gandhi National Park along with a strong lifestyle focus. Its arrival experience includes a landscaped entry deck with sculpture installations, seating areas, a skating rink, cricket pitch and a Miyawaki forest. More than 25 amenities are planned across multiple levels, including swimming pools, a kids’ pool, jacuzzi, party lawn, alfresco deck, health club, fitness centre, business centre, conference rooms and banquet hall.

An elevated sky deck adds features such as a sky gym, sunset lounge, stargazing corner, yoga lawn, outdoor cinema lounge, meditation pods and viewing decks. The rooftop will also house a pickleball court, positioned among the highest in India. Located close to LBS Marg, the Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road, the project is around 10 minutes from Thane railway station. Connectivity is also expected to improve with Mumbai Metro Line 4 and the proposed Thane Ring Metro. The development incorporates sustainability features such as solar-powered common areas, rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge and waste management systems, aligning with the growing demand for premium and future-ready homes in Thane’s evolving business district.
