Elan Awards Rs 8.4 Billion Housing Contract to Tata Projects

Real estate developer Elan Group has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 8.4 billion to Tata Projects for its newly launched luxury housing project, ‘Elan The Statement’, in Sector 49, Gurugram.

Tata Projects will undertake the construction works for the six-acre residential development, which will comprise around 230 apartments. Elan Group plans to invest Rs 16 billion in the project, underscoring its focus on high-end residential development in the National Capital Region.

Rakesh Kapoor, Chairman of Elan Group, said projects of this scale require deep engineering expertise and reliable execution capabilities. He added that Tata Projects’ technical strength and track record align with the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality residential developments built to last.

Elan Group’s portfolio includes 15 residential, commercial and hospitality projects, with a total built-up area of approximately 25 million square feet, reflecting its expanding presence across multiple real estate segments.

The Gurugram project is expected to strengthen Elan Group’s residential footprint and contribute to the city’s growing premium housing market.
