Embassy Developments Sells Out Rs 2.04-Bn Luxury Plots in Bengaluru

Embassy Developments has sold plots worth Rs 2.04 billion in Bengaluru, with its latest luxury plotted project Paradiso at Embassy Springs township in North Bengaluru witnessing a complete sellout.

In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company said the project achieved immediate pre-sales of around Rs 2.04 billion. Spread over 6.4 acres, Paradiso offers large plots ranging from 4,300 sq ft to 4,800 sq ft, with prices starting at Rs 40.3 million.

Embassy Developments, among India’s leading real estate developers, has a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) projects.
