Enlite, a company specialising in intelligent infrastructure for the built environment, has entered into a strategic partnership with Superb Realty to deploy its flagship integrated intelligence solution, Know Your Building, at Superb Altura and an upcoming commercial project in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The development spans over 3 lakh sq ft. Through the partnership, Superb Realty will integrate Enlite’s proprietary solution across Altura to create a real-time digital replica of the asset. The platform will unify data, controls and operational intelligence across critical building systems, enabling improved monitoring, automation and performance management. Enlite said the solution is built on its vertically integrated intellectual property stack and is designed to help buildings operate more autonomously. It can detect faults before they escalate, optimise touchpoints across different zones and reduce dependence on manual building operations.
