Hero Realty Ties Up with Panasonic Electric Works India for Smart Homes

Hero Realty has entered into a strategic partnership with Panasonic Electric Works India, part of Panasonic Life Solutions India, to integrate advanced electrical infrastructure and smart living solutions at The Palatial, its flagship luxury residential project in Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
The collaboration brings together two legacy brands to deliver co-branded, future-ready residences anchored by robust power systems, safety-focused electrical infrastructure and integrated smart technologies. The partnership will see Panasonic Electric Works India deploy its solutions across 150 select homes at The Palatial, positioning the development around long-term performance, reliability and intelligent living.
The scope of integration includes core electrical and power infrastructure such as distribution boards, switchgear, wiring systems, conduits, switches and sockets, EV charging solutions and lighting systems. These are complemented by smart home automation, building management systems, security and surveillance solutions, and energy-efficient appliances, enabling seamless control, enhanced comfort and improved safety for residents.
The limited-edition residences will be offered in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations, with prices starting from Rs 5.25 crore onwards.
Commenting on the partnership, Rohit Kishore, CEO, Hero Realty, said the collaboration reflects a shift in luxury housing towards intelligent, wellness-led living, where technology plays a central role in enhancing everyday comfort, safety and health.

In addition to electrical and power systems, the homes will feature smart lighting for common areas and residences, integrated security and access control systems, video door phones with multi-level security, and connected solutions for ease of use.
