House of Abhinandan Lodha Empowers Women with ‘Land for Her’ Campaign

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has launched the ‘Land for Her’ campaign to encourage women to invest in land and build their legacy. Currently, nearly 80 per cent of land investments in India are made by men.

As part of this Women’s Day initiative, HoABL is offering women buyers a 2 per cent benefit on the agreement value and zero maintenance fees for two years. The campaign features a film inspired by three sisters who bought land to fulfil their late father’s dream.

CEO Samujjwal Ghosh emphasised the need for inclusive land ownership, stating that land represents security, stability, and generational wealth. HoABL aims to reshape traditional perceptions and make land investment more accessible for women.
