House of Hiranandani Buys Andheri Land for Rs 5 bn Project

Real estate developer House of Hiranandani has acquired a 3-acre land parcel in Andheri, Mumbai, for around Rs 5 billion to develop a premium commercial project. The site, located on the Andheri–Kurla Road, will feature a Grade A complex with a leasable area of approximately 1.1 million sq ft.

The project marks the company’s first commercial venture in Mumbai and will cater to the growing demand for modern office spaces. Construction is expected to commence soon, with completion targeted within four years.

Company officials stated that the project aligns with its strategy to expand into high-demand micro-markets and diversify its portfolio beyond residential developments. The move reflects growing investor confidence in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market, supported by rising office absorption and infrastructure upgrades across the city.
