Almond House followed the Design Build delivery approach for this project, which helped streamline the project from end-to-end. The single-handed nature of the approach brought greater clarity in delivering a project of this scale, from the concept to the execution, all in one flow. The constructive approach improved cost and time management via teamwork and helped accelerate innovation at every phase of the project.
