Juniper Hotels Posts Rs 976 Million Profit in FY25

Juniper Hotels Limited reported consolidated total income of Rs 976 million for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, registering an 18 per cent year-on-year rise. Profit before tax stood at Rs 150 million, while profit after tax rose 200 per cent to Rs 71.3 million.
For the fourth quarter, income rose 16 per cent to Rs 287 million. EBITDA grew 34 per cent year-on-year to Rs 126.1 million with a margin of 44 per cent. Occupancy for Q4 touched 81 per cent, up from 75 per cent in Q3.
The year also saw the successful acquisition of a 220-key Bengaluru property and the launch of a 115-key luxury resort at Kaziranga. Additionally, Juniper began the process for merging ROFO assets to add around 737 keys by FY27.
Juniper Hotels operates 2,115 keys across eight Hyatt-affiliated properties in India. Backed by a joint venture between Saraf Group and Hyatt, the company remains focused on big-box hotel development and strategic expansion amid rising luxury hospitality demand.
