K Raheja’s project sells Rs 1,100 cr properties in 90 days

Real estate firm K Raheja Corp announced that its housing division has successfully sold properties worth Rs 1,100 crore in a luxury residential project situated in South Mumbai during the March quarter. K Raheja Corp Homes, the residential business segment of the K Raheja Corp group, achieved an extraordinary feat by generating a record-breaking revenue of Rs 1,100 crore prior to the formal launch. This remarkable sales performance was accomplished within a span of just 90 days, specifically in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year, as stated by the company.

The project responsible for this exceptional achievement is Raheja Modern Vivarea, which is strategically located in the Mahalaxmi micro-market. The project was officially launched during the last quarter of FY23 and features a total saleable area of 10 lakh square feet, comprising only two towers.

The demand for luxury residential properties has witnessed a significant surge over the past two years.
