L&T Wins Major Residential Projects in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai

Larsen & Toubro (L&T), a leading infrastructure firm, has secured multiple projects to build luxury residential towers in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The total value of these projects is estimated to be between Rs 10 billion and Rs 25 billion.

L&T's buildings and factories division will manage these projects. The Mumbai project involves two high-rise towers, each reaching 273 metres in height, while the Bengaluru project includes 14 luxury towers on a design-and-build basis. In Chennai, 25 luxury towers will also be built under a similar arrangement.

L&T, a $27 billion multinational, specialises in engineering, procurement, construction, and high-tech manufacturing services. The company’s latest financial results report a 21 per cent revenue increase for FY24, driven by strong execution across various projects and a robust order book.
