Lenskart Leases 88,343 Sq Ft Office At Aerocity Worldmark

Eyewear retailer Lenskart Solutions Ltd has leased 88,343 sq ft of office space at Worldmark six in Aerocity, near the Indira Gandhi International Airport, according to documents accessed by Propstack. The lease commenced on April one, 2026 and has been registered as a fresh lease for the eighth floor of the commercial tower owned by Alborz Developers Ltd. The total rental outgo is estimated at around Rs 2,320 mn over a nine-year tenure.

Under the agreement the company will pay a monthly rent of Rs 18.6 mn, equivalent to Rs 210 per sq ft per month, and has paid a security deposit of Rs 74.2 mn. The lease is for nine years with the rent scheduled to escalate by fifteen per cent every three years in line with prevailing commercial leasing trends. Worldmark six forms part of Bharti Realty’s Worldmark commercial development in Aerocity.

Market observers noted that the deal underscores sustained demand for premium Grade A office space in airport-linked corridors across Delhi NCR, attracting occupiers from technology, consulting, aviation, flexible workspace and financial services sectors. A Knight Frank India report showed office absorption in Tier-I cities reached 40 msf in the January-June period of 2026 and indicated that NCR remained broadly stable at zero point six seven mn sq m, or seven point two mn sq ft. The report also highlighted that phased completions in Aerocity had supported increased occupier interest.

During the first half of 2026 several office projects were completed across Delhi NCR, including Worldmark Towers five and six, adding to new supply and reinforcing the submarket’s appeal to fast-growing consumer and technology-led companies. With recent deliveries Delhi NCR’s total office stock reached 19.3 mn sq m, or 208.1 mn sq ft, representing roughly twenty per cent of India’s total office inventory. The transaction is consistent with a wave of large leasing commitments by corporate occupiers seeking high connectivity and premium Grade A facilities.
