Mahindra Lifespaces Launches BeaconHill in Mahalaxmi

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has launched Mahindra BeaconHill, an ultra-premium residential development in Mahalaxmi, South Mumbai. The project has a potential gross development value of approximately Rs 16.50 crore.

Spread across nearly 1.68 acre, Mahindra BeaconHill is planned as a standalone 58-storey residential landmark. The development will comprise 198 spacious residences, including 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK homes designed for homebuyers seeking privacy, scale and an exclusive South Mumbai address.
