Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0 wins PMAY award for affordable housing

Navin’s, a reputed South Indian real estate brand, has received the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) award for its flagship project Navin’s Starwood Towers 3.0, marking its third consecutive PMAY win. The award was presented by Tokhan Sahu, Minister of State, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, in New Delhi and accepted by N. Kalyanaraman, COO, Navin’s.

The project, located in Medavakkam, Chennai, was judged on parameters such as quality, innovation, safety, and timely delivery. With over 20 awards, Starwood Towers 3.0 reaffirms Navin’s leadership in affordable, sustainable housing in Tamil Nadu.
