Noida Land Auction Fetches Rs 15 Billion

In a significant development, the Noida Authority’s commercial land parcel auction has garnered bids worth over Rs 15 billion. Prominent developers Max Estates, M3M India, Mangalam Group, and Vertex Construction have emerged as the top bidders for key land parcels.

Max Estates secured the largest plot, spanning 41,835 sq metres, with a winning bid of over Rs 7 billion. This plot includes 40% residential zoning, making it a mixed-use development opportunity.

M3M India successfully bid Rs 4 billion for a 23,570 sq metre plot, showcasing the growing demand for prime commercial spaces in Noida.

Another 24,000 sq metre plot went to Mangalam Group for Rs 4 billion, while Vertex Construction acquired a smaller 812 sq metre parcel through a winning bid.

The Noida Authority stated, “This auction underscores the city’s growing appeal as a hub for real estate investment.”
