Omaxe Group to Invest Rs 25 Bn in Delhi Commercial-Sports Complex

Omaxe Group has revealed plans to invest over Rs 25 billion into the development of a state-of-the-art integrated commercial and sports complex named The Omaxe State, which will be situated in Dwarka Sector 19-B, New Delhi.

The ambitious project will cover an expansive area of 50.4 acre and is being undertaken in collaboration with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) through a public-private partnership (PPP) model. This strategic partnership aims to combine public sector expertise with private sector investment and innovation.

Scheduled for completion by 2027, The Omaxe State is expected to feature a blend of commercial spaces and sports facilities, positioning itself as a significant addition to the urban landscape of New Delhi.
