Omaxe's net loss widens to Rs 2.39 billion in Q2 FY25

Omaxe reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 2.39 billion for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, significantly higher than the Rs 843.5 million loss recorded in the same period last year, according to a BSE filing.

Despite the widened loss, the company's total consolidated income grew by 47.62% to Rs 3.98 billion in Q2 FY25, up from Rs 2.69 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

During the quarter, Omaxe acquired 2,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in Parshwa Veer Builders and Developers, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Similarly, it acquired 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in Khushiyon Ka Ghar, which has also become a wholly-owned subsidiary. (ET)
