Otis to Install 178 Elevators in Aparna Projects

In a move that redefines vertical mobility in high-end residential spaces, Otis India has partnered with Aparna Constructions to supply and install 178 state-of-the-art elevators across five of the developer’s luxury projects in Hyderabad.

The collaboration spans Aparna Sarovar, Aparna Aqua, Aparna Newlands, Aparna Sunstone, and Aparna Greenscapes — projects that epitomize the fusion of architectural elegance, modern design, and sustainable living. Otis will be installing its advanced SkyRise®, Arise™ and Gen2® elevator systems, known for their high speed, safety, and energy efficiency.

Designed to enhance the resident experience, the elevators come equipped with ReGen™ drives for reduced energy usage, Q-frame cab technology for noise reduction, and LED lighting with standby mode, promoting eco-friendly living without compromising comfort or style.

Sebi Joseph, President of Otis India, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are honored to be selected by Aparna Constructions to bring our smart elevator solutions to their landmark developments. This partnership reflects the strong trust leading developers place in Otis for delivering innovative and reliable systems tailored for luxury environments.”

He added, “At Otis, we are committed to raising industry standards with technology that blends safety, efficiency, and aesthetics. Every ride in an Otis elevator is designed to meet the highest expectations of comfort and performance.”

This partnership reinforces Otis’s position as a key player in India's vertical mobility landscape and highlights the increasing demand for intelligent infrastructure in residential living.
