Otis to Install 178 Elevators in Aparna Projects

In a move that redefines vertical mobility in high-end residential spaces, Otis India has partnered with Aparna Constructions to supply and install 178 state-of-the-art elevators across five of the developer’s luxury projects in Hyderabad.

The collaboration spans Aparna Sarovar, Aparna Aqua, Aparna Newlands, Aparna Sunstone, and Aparna Greenscapes — projects that epitomize the fusion of architectural elegance, modern design, and sustainable living. Otis will be installing its advanced SkyRise®, Arise™ and Gen2® elevator systems, known for their high speed, safety, and energy efficiency.

Designed to enhance the resident experience, the elevators come equipped with ReGen™ drives for reduced energy usage, Q-frame cab technology for noise reduction, and LED lighting with standby mode, promoting eco-friendly living without compromising comfort or style.
