Prestige Estates expects to sell houses worth Rs 120 bn this year

In this fiscal year, Prestige Estates Projects, a real estate company, aims to sell houses worth at least Rs 120 billion, an increase of 16% over the previous one. Prestige Estates Projects is well-known in South India and has entered the Mumbai real estate market.

The company's sales bookings increased by 90% to an all-time high of Rs 103.82 bn in the most recent fiscal year 2021–2022.

In the first quarter of this fiscal year, Prestige Estates' sales booking increased by 310% on an annual basis to Rs 30.121 bn.

Of this, sales commitments totaling Rs 7.5 bn came from Mumbai, its new market.
