Raymond Realty expands presence in Thane

Raymond Realty has further strengthened its presence in the Thane market by introducing its fourth project, Address by GS 2.0. With the successful launch of the initial phase of The Address by GS and the recent handover of the first phase of TenX Habitat, Raymond Realty has established itself as a dominant player in the real estate sector.

Raymond Realty's inaugural project, TenX Habitat, was spread across 14 acres and featured 3,100 residential units in Thane. It accomplished the construction of the first three towers ahead of the RERA schedule. Subsequently, the company launched its second project, The Address by GS. In February 2023, Raymond Realty unveiled its third project, Ten X Era, in Thane, which experienced tremendous success with approximately 100 bookings within just seven days of its launch. Within two months, around 25 per cent of the launched inventory was sold, amounting to a total booking value of over Rs 16 billion during FY23.

Address by GS 2.0, the latest addition to the portfolio, boasts exclusive tower-level amenities. Enhancing the living experience, the development incorporates modern amenities alongside a three-acre Roman-inspired landscaped podium, providing residents with a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city. The premises offer a holistic living experience with wellness centres, a clubhouse spread across 25,000 sq ft, and a high-street retail space spanning 70,000 sq ft.
