Saya Group has applied for the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for its premium high-street development, Saya Piazza, at Jaypee Greens, Sector 131, Noida Expressway. Spread over 2 lakh sq. ft., the project is in its final phase and aims to set new benchmarks for retail and lifestyle destinations. 

Saya Piazza has onboard marquee brands including Ministry of Beer and LOOKS Salon. Designed with 35 per cent of the area dedicated to dining, food courts and leisure, and 65 per cent for premium retail across nearly 350 shops, it will host over 100 international brands, clubs and lifestyle services.
