SCOPE Posts THB 2.6 Billion Sales Amid Strong Luxury Demand

Thailand’s ultra-luxury residential segment continues to show resilience despite volatility in global property markets, with Bangkok-based developer SCOPE reporting total sales exceeding THB 2.6 billion in 2025. The performance reflects sustained interest from high-net-worth individuals and international investors seeking long-term residential assets in Thailand’s prime locations.
While broader property markets have experienced a slowdown, demand in Bangkok’s prime residential segment remains structurally strong, driven by buyers prioritising quality, design integrity and long-term livability rather than short-term speculation. The city continues to attract overseas purchasers looking for a combination of lifestyle value and capital stability.
Commenting on market conditions, Mr Yongyutt Chaipromprasith, Chief Executive Officer of SCOPE Company Limited, said: “Thailand offers exceptional value when compared with global cities, not only in pricing but also in quality of life, project standards, and long-term livability. Many international investors view Thai ultra-luxury residences as a safe haven asset, supported by competitive rental yields, lower holding costs, and a lifestyle proposition that few markets can replicate.”
Among SCOPE’s developments, SCOPE Langsuan achieved over 90 per cent sales completion in 2025, indicating strong absorption within the ultra-luxury segment. The project has attracted buyers seeking authentic design, differentiated architecture and enduring residential value.
SCOPE collaborates with internationally recognised designer Thomas Juul-Hansen, whose portfolio includes prominent residential developments in New York, to deliver globally benchmarked, non-replicable projects. The company positions its developments as long-term homes, supported by its three development pillars: Product Excellence, Lifestyle Integration and World-Class Hospitality.
A key element of this approach is SCOPE’s ACQUA Hospitality Service, which integrates five-star hotel service principles into residential living, offering curated common spaces, personalised services and a focus on well-being.
Looking ahead, SCOPE expects Thailand’s ultra-luxury residential market to move increasingly towards differentiation based on design quality, development standards and service-led living, reinforcing the segment’s appeal as a stable, long-term investment destination.
