Selene by Central Park launched at Flower Valley; 85 per cent units sold on day one

Central Park has launched Selene, a new luxury tower within its flagship township Flower Valley in South Gurugram. Featuring 353 fully furnished studio and one-bedroom serviced residences, the project recorded a strong launch with 85 per cent of units sold on day one.

Set amidst the scenic Aravalli backdrop and overlooking the Alpha Golf Course, Selene residences are designed with a four-side open layout and a generous 3.9-metre floor-to-floor height, enabling expansive views and enhanced light and ventilation. Positioned as an urban sanctuary, the development combines privacy with immersive lifestyle features and curated services.

Commenting on the launch, Amarjit Bakshi, Chairman & Managing Director, Central Park, said, “With Selene, we’ve introduced a new paradigm in luxury living. It’s something Gurugram has never seen before – it challenges the conventional idea of residential spaces and sets a new benchmark for the city.”

The project offers residents a range of thoughtfully designed lifestyle amenities including a retail promenade, poolside lounges, wellness zones, and alfresco dining. These are complemented by services from Central Park’s hospitality vertical, St. Jerome, ensuring global standards of upkeep and comfort. Multi-tiered security, high-speed elevators, and access to on-site infrastructure such as The Vedanya School and Medanta Clinic further enhance its appeal.

Ankush Kaul, President – Sales, Marketing & CRM, Central Park, added, “The response to Selene has been phenomenal, and it affirms the growing preference for concept-based luxury living. Buyers today are looking for more than just a home; they’re looking for a complete lifestyle, backed by trust, transparency, and thoughtful design. Selene offers all of that and more, and we’re proud to see it resonate so deeply with both investors and end-users.”

Strategically located, Selene offers connectivity to the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, KMP Expressway, and Golf Course Extension Road, while being minutes from Rajiv Chowk, Golf Course Road, and Ambience Mall. The project is expected to deliver strong rental potential and long-term appreciation based on similar serviced residences in the Central Park portfolio.
