Shapoorji Pallonji plans to make sales of $400 million in Bengaluru

With its brand-new residential tower in Bengaluru, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate hopes to generate sales of $400 billion rupees.

In Bengaluru's 46-acre residential development Parkwest, the company has unveiled a tower called "CEDAR" that houses 225 apartments, according to a statement from Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate.

It also stated that the expected $400 crore in sales from these 225 units in the tower.

Each unit costs a minimum of Rs. 1.62 crore.

About 2,371 flats have been launched by the company. More than 700 of these have already been given to prospective homeowners.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has presence in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata. Six projects are being worked on by the business in stages.
