Sobha Enters Mumbai Market With Launch Of Sobha Inizio

SOBHA Limited has announced the launch of Sobha Inizio, its first real estate project in the Mumbai market. Unveiled on 24 November, the development spans over one acre and will comprise 310 residences, marking a significant milestone for the Bengaluru-headquartered developer.

Located along the Eastern Waterfront at the foot of Atal Setu, the project will offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes across 64 floors. According to the company, the residences are designed for “elevated living”, with all 2 and 3 BHK units offering panoramic views of the Atal Setu bridge and the waterfront.

Premium clubhouse amenities are planned on the 63rd floor, including a fitness centre, games lounge, changing rooms and a salon.

Pricing for the units starts at Rs 28 million for 1 BHK apartments, Rs 47.7 million for 2 BHK units and Rs 57.5 million for 3 BHK homes.
