Sugee enters Thane with Lake District

Sugee Group has announced its entry into the Thane market with Sugee Lake District, a 52-acre waterfront development in Thane West that will bring together commercial, retail, hospitality and lifestyle spaces.

Located opposite Korum Mall near Cadbury Junction in Khopat, the Eastern Express Highway-facing development will feature Grade A++ office spaces with views of Siddheshwar Lake and the city. The project will also include high-street retail, dining and a six-acre lakeview promenade.

The development has been registered under the LEED green building rating system and has been designed by Architect Hafeez Contractor, with Sterling as structural consultant and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill undertaking the peer review.

The first commercial tower will rise 45 storeys and offer office spaces ranging from around 800 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft, with typical floor plates of approximately 46,000 sq ft. The tower will have 46 high-speed elevators along with dedicated service elevators.

Amenities will include a rooftop lounge, café, fitness centre, steam room, pickleball court, turf, indoor games room, crèche, pet crèche, medical room and red-light therapy room.

According to Nishant Deshmukh, Founder and Managing Partner, Sugee Group, the development is envisioned as a destination that combines business, lifestyle and well-being, while responding to Thane’s growing demand for organised commercial real estate.

Sugee Lake District is positioned to benefit from existing and proposed connectivity infrastructure, including metro expansion and other regional transport projects, as Sugee Group looks to establish a new commercial destination in Thane.
