TransIndia Meridian Crosses Rs 2 Bn Sales Milestone

TransIndia Group has crossed the Rs 2 billion sales milestone at TransIndia Meridian, its flagship residential development in Mumbai’s Sion–Matunga corridor, with more than 125 homes sold.

The project has witnessed strong demand from end-users, particularly salaried professionals and families. Two-bedroom residences have attracted the highest interest, while a significant share of buyers comes from within a three-to-four-kilometre radius of the development.

According to the company, the trend indicates a growing preference among homebuyers to upgrade within established neighbourhoods rather than move to peripheral locations. The project has also attracted professionals working in Bandra Kurla Complex due to shorter commuting times and access to established social infrastructure.

Spread across approximately 2.3 million sq ft, TransIndia Meridian will comprise six residential towers offering two- and three-bedroom homes. The development will include landscaped open spaces, more than 90 lifestyle amenities, multi-level parking, retail frontage and Vastu-compliant layouts.

Rajendra M. Rajan, Founder, TransIndia Group, said the sales milestone validates the company’s vision for the project, adding that homebuyers are increasingly prioritising neighbourhood quality, connectivity and long-term liveability.

Construction of Tower 1 is underway, with excavation work in progress. Following the response to the first phase, TransIndia Group is also preparing to launch Tower 2.
