Vascon Engineers Limited has secured a Rs 1.61 billion order for the redevelopment of a residential housing society located in Santacruz, Mumbai. The project has been awarded to the company’s engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) division.

The scope of work includes civil construction and redevelopment of the housing society, with the contract expected to be completed within 36 months from the commencement date.
