Dhoot Partners RideVision for Driver Assistance Tech

Dhoot Transmission has partnered with Israel-based RideVision to bring Advanced Driver Assistance Systems solutions to India. The collaboration marks Dhoot’s entry into intelligent mobility and safety technologies, while strengthening its advanced electronics portfolio.

The partnership will focus on localisation, technology integration and development of intelligent safety solutions tailored for Indian road conditions and mobility requirements. Dhoot said the move supports its long-term vision of expanding into next-generation automotive electronics and safer transportation solutions.

As part of its electronics expansion, Dhoot Transmission, through its subsidiary Dhoot Automotive Systems, has also entered into a business transfer agreement with Bengaluru-based Multilink. The move is expected to enhance its capabilities in advanced technology and electronics solutions.
