Amit Shah Launches Rs 7.08 Bn Projects in Gandhinagar

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for multiple people-focused development projects worth Rs 7.08 billion in Gandhinagar today. These projects fall under the jurisdiction of the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation, the Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority (GUDA), and the district administration.

As part of his engagements, Shah will inaugurate a new Primary Health Centre in Vavol, a critical underbridge connecting Sectors 21 and 22, a Primary Health Centre in Pethapur, and the rejuvenated Kolvada Lake near the ONGC well in Kolwada.

In the evening, the Home Minister will oversee the foundation laying and inauguration of several additional infrastructure and public service projects under the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation and the Department of Posts. He will also distribute benefits from various postal schemes to beneficiaries and address a public rally.

Tomorrow, Shah is scheduled to participate in several programmes in Ahmedabad and Mahesana, continuing his outreach and development-focused agenda across the region.

HILT Policy Seen Boosting Telangana Revenue Sharply

The Hyderabad Industrial Land Transformation (HILT) Policy is expected to generate around Rs 1.08 billion in revenue for the Telangana state exchequer, according to Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu.
