Blue Cloud Softech Becomes BSNL’s 5G FWA Partner In Karnataka

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, a leading AI-driven technology company, has announced its empanelment as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) partner for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in the Karnataka Telecom Circle. The partnership represents a major step in expanding high-speed 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services for enterprises and institutions across the state.

Under the agreement, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has signed a non-exclusive contract with BSNL Karnataka Circle to deliver 5G FWA services for 60 months starting 1 November 2025, with the option for extension based on performance and mutual consent.

As part of the partnership, BCSSL will design, supply, deploy, operate, and maintain 5G RAN, Edge CORE, radio-access equipment, and customer-premises equipment for enterprise clients. The company will also oversee installation, commissioning, and active promotion of 5G FWA services across Karnataka.

BSNL will support the initiative by providing infrastructure such as space, power, backhaul IP connectivity, spectrum, and ILL bandwidth at its locations. All services will be billed and branded under BSNL to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The partnership follows a revenue-sharing model, with revenue distributed between BSNL and BCSSL based on predefined slabs that promote mutual growth.
