Hettich has recently strengthened its experiential footprint in Chennai with the inauguration of an upgraded Experience Centre and the launch of the city’s first Hettich Exclusive (HeX) Store. The twin additions mark a strategic step in bringing immersive brand experiences closer to customers and industry professionals in the region.

The redesigned Hettich Experience Centre in Chennai has been developed to deliver a standardised and immersive journey, showcasing the company’s complete portfolio of award-winning solutions. The centre also offers value-added services such as free design support and doorstep consultations, catering to homeowners, architects, designers and carpenters.

Complementing this is Chennai’s first HeX Store, designed as an inspiration-led retail destination combining interaction and shopping. The store features curated walk-throughs of modern living spaces, hands-on product experiences and complimentary design consultations, enabling customers to visualise furniture solutions in real-life settings.

Commenting on the expansion, Andre Eckholt, Managing Director – Hettich India, SAARC, Middle East & Africa, said the new Experience Centre and HeX Store significantly enhance the company’s experiential ecosystem in Chennai, allowing customers and professionals to explore and adopt German-engineered solutions for contemporary living.

The Chennai HeX Store forms part of Hettich’s broader strategy to roll out multiple Exclusive Stores across India, working in synergy with Experience Centres nationwide to build a robust, solution-oriented experiential network focused on smart, durable and future-ready interior solutions.
