Hindalco Opens Eternia Centre in Delhi

Hindalco Industries has launched Eternia’s flagship experience centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, as part of its expansion in the high-performance aluminium window systems segment. The company is also strengthening its North India footprint through a manufacturing facility in Bilaspur, Gurugram.

Eternia has recorded nearly 65 per cent CAGR growth over the last three years and is targeting over Rs 10 billion in revenue by FY29. The brand operates through more than 170 channel partners across over 100 cities, serving homeowners, architects and developers across residential, commercial and high-rise projects.

The launch comes as India’s building and construction sector shifts towards premium, performance-led and system-driven solutions. Hindalco said the country’s windows and façade segment represents an estimated Rs 400 billion market opportunity, with premium segments growing at nearly 15 per cent CAGR.

Eternia’s window systems use Duranium, a patented aluminium alloy that is 40 per cent stronger than conventional aluminium windows. Its patented WiWA window scoring system helps customers assess performance across wind, water and air conditions, supporting window selection for villas, high-rises and other projects.

The Lajpat Nagar experience centre has been designed as an immersive retail space showcasing Eternia’s aluminium windows and doors portfolio. It allows homeowners, architects and developers to explore design, performance and customisation solutions.

Hindalco’s Bilaspur facility, spread across 120,000 sq ft, will have the capacity to produce up to 250,000 sq ft of windows per month. The facility includes a dedicated R&D centre and training centre for fabricators and installers, and is expected to generate employment for over 300 people.
