IndoStar CEO Karthikeyan Srinivasan to Step Down on 30 May

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited (IndoStar) has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Karthikeyan Srinivasan, will be stepping down from his position on 30 May 2025 to explore other career opportunities. Randhir Singh, currently Executive Vice Chairman, will continue to lead the company as Managing Director and will formally take on the responsibilities previously handled by Mr Srinivasan.

Chairperson Naina Krishna Murthy stated, “We thank Karthik for his contribution to IndoStar and wish him every success in his future endeavours. We look forward to continuing our work with Randhir and the leadership team as we advance into the next phase of IndoStar’s journey.
