Interarch Bags Rs 1.3bn Domestic PEB Order

Interarch Building Solutions Ltd has secured a domestic order valued at approximately Rs 1.3 billion, including taxes, for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of a pre-engineered steel building system, the company said in a filing on Tuesday, 13 January. The customer’s identity has been withheld due to confidentiality and commercial considerations.

The project will be executed over 17 months from commencement as per the agreed schedule. The contract includes an advance payment of 10 per cent to be received upon order confirmation. Interarch confirmed that the awarding entity is domestic and that neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in it.

On the financial front, the company reported a 52 per cent year-on-year rise in quarterly revenue to Rs 4.91 billion. EBITDA increased 65 per cent to Rs 417 million from Rs 253 million in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA margin improved by 70 basis points to 8.5 per cent, reflecting stronger operating efficiency.
