The structured curriculum covered lean management and productivity tools, process quality techniques, export logistics and documentation, packaging for exports, digital export ecosystems, international market entry strategies and government schemes available for MSMEs.

Sessions were delivered by KJSIM faculty along with industry practitioners, including Kuvalekar, Director at Prasanna Rasayan; Dr Sawant from Shruti Flexipack; Dr Jakhere, Assistant Postmaster General at India Post; and Mr Gujrati, former Director of the MSME IDEMI Testing Centre. Raman Ramachandran, Dean and Director of K J Somaiya Institute of Management, said MSMEs play a central role in India’s economic growth and require practical knowledge, strong systems and a global outlook to succeed. He added that the programme reflects the institute’s commitment to helping entrepreneurs build quality-driven, export-ready businesses.
