Neilsoft Launches ConstructMonitor

Neilsoft, a leading provider of Engineering Services & Software Solutions (ER&D), has unveiled ConstructMonitor, a groundbreaking Software as a Service (SaaS) solution aimed at revolutionizing construction quality and progress monitoring globally. Designed for sectors including Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), Manufacturing, and Industrial Plants, ConstructMonitor leverages cutting-edge technology to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

At the core of ConstructMonitor's capabilities are its advanced monitoring tools that enable remote assessment of construction quality and deviation from Design BIM (Building Information Modeling) models. The system utilizes terrestrial 3D laser scanners monthly and LiDAR-enabled iPhones daily or weekly to capture precise on-site data. This data is then compared with 3D BIM models, providing stakeholders such as General Contractors, EPC firms, Architects, and Project Management firms with real-time insights into project progress.

Raghuram NM, President of Neilsoft India Solutions Business, emphasized the transformative impact of ConstructMonitor during a recent industry event. "Our solution is built upon the foundation of 3D BIM models, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in construction monitoring," he stated.

Developed in collaboration with Tokyo-based Fujita Corporation, ConstructMonitor addresses critical challenges in large-scale construction projects including IT parks, malls, commercial offices, high-rise buildings, data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, and factories. The solution aims to mitigate issues related to construction quality, design deviations, and project delays, which remain persistent despite increased BIM adoption during the design phase.

In addition to enhancing project efficiency, ConstructMonitor also targets sustainability goals by reducing waste and carbon footprint in the construction sector. Raghuram NM highlighted industry statistics, stating, "Nearly 40% of waste is generated from construction activities, making it a significant contributor to environmental concerns."

With its customizable visualization capabilities and user-friendly dashboards, ConstructMonitor sets a new standard in construction project management, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions and streamline operations. Neilsoft's latest innovation signifies a major step forward in leveraging advanced technology to overcome longstanding challenges in the construction industry.
