PDUNASS Launches IBC Training for EPFO Officers

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS) has recently inaugurated a five-day training programme on ‘Legal Management & Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016’ for officers of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). The initiative reflects PDUNASS’s continued focus on capacity building and strengthening EPFO’s legal preparedness within the evolving insolvency resolution framework.
