REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, has handed over two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for inter-state transmission projects to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) and Ceigall India Limited.The SPVs, Lakadia II Power Transmission Limited and Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited, were transferred on 12 October 2026.
